The BRAGB Community is invited to our much-anticipated Housing and Economic Outlook 2023. We are privileged to have both Rob Brennan, of CapeBuilt Homes and Molly Boesel, Office of the Chief Economist at CoreLogic as our presenters.
Mr. Brennan will provide and update on the report status and what builders can anticipate with the imminent Net Zero Energy Code becomes effective. The facts surrounding electrification of buildings, the costs involved, and mitigation strategies to lower the cost of new home construction while maintaining environmental goals will be addressed.
Ms. Boesel will provide attendees with a housing and economic outlook for 2023. She will highlight the economic impact of inflation, raising interest rates, market trends, and provide insight on the state of the housing industry.
We'll convene at the beautiful John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum for an evening of drinks, food, and networking followed by our presenters.
