Kliman is a veteran strategic consulting firm leader and an expert in organizational change, operational performance, and skill development.
Prior to joining BIP, Stuart was a founder and partner for 25 years at Vantage Partners, a mid-sized consulting and training organization in Boston, MA. He has authored many research reports and other white papers on topics ranging from alliance strategy and management to key capabilities for leaders and the future of work. He was recently appointed to the Strategic Advisory Board of the Simmons College Institute for Inclusive Leadership, where he is part of an esteemed group of experts in the fields of equity, inclusion and diversity, talent/leadership development and gender/culture change.
