Event Description:

BRAGB is pleased to offer an “Introduction to Mindfulness Training Program” starting Monday January 18th, 2021 for six weeks at 5:00pm to 6:15pm led by long-time BRAGB Member, Peter Feinmann, Feinmann, Inc. These sessions are held via Zoom. 

We are excited to offer this powerful tool to help you reduce stress. It can help manage anxiety and reactivity when dealing with clients and employees. It can also help you be more effective by facilitating greater attention and focus. 

The course will include presentation and practice, and will be welcoming for everyone.  Whether you have practiced meditation or this is your first time, we invite you to join us!  

Free Registration to directly to Registration is recommended and appreciated.
