Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation for BRAGB Members
with Peter Feinmann, Founder of Mindful Directions
Join Peter Feinmann for a six-week introduction for BRAGB members to a Mindfulness Meditation practice. Learn how and why to incorporate this into your daily routine. Mindfulness Meditation is the formal practice of being mindful and nurturing awareness of the present moment.
During these six weeks, Peter will teach mindfulness techniques during 60-minute sessions. He will lead guided mindfulness meditations each week that will vary in length. Finally, there will be an opportunity during each session for questions and discussion on the topics presented. This introductory program is geared towards busy professionals in the home design industry.
Begins October 18. Sessions will be held Mondays on 10/18, 10/25, 10/18, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15 and 11/22 at 5 pm EST. Registration is required, but classes are complimentary at this time.
