New Morning Meditation Offering:
Start your Tuesday morning at 7am with a 30-minute meditation session. These will be appropriate for all levels; if you have never meditated, you be guided to learn how to meditate. For those with previous experience, it provides an opportunity to expand your meditation practice.
They are led by Peter Feinmann, of Feinmann, Inc. and held via Zoom.
