Alpine Environmental, Inc., is an environmental contracting company that offers lead paint abatement, mold remediation, and period restoration services. In the early 90’s, as environmental contracting was emerging as a field, Ed and Ron saw that along with few industry guidelines there were poor work practices that often did more harm than good. As engineers, they understood the need for the highest professional standards in the process of containing and removing hazardous materials, but also the importance of properly protecting those performing the actual work. This driving mission of delivering quality coupled with safeguarding both the process and their workforce has guided Alpine to its position today as the acknowledged industry leader. It has meant taking on pivotal roles in LEHA, a national industry association, and advising regulators for the State Lead Program in Massachusetts.
